I have a question for everyone. Don't know where to go to find anything out in relation to this topic so I thought it couldn't hurt to throw this out there, maybe some of the law students will read this.

A friend of mine rolled her car because it was icy and she received a ticket. The officer told her that it is required of them to give tickets to people in her situation but that she should appeal to the local court to fight it. Does anyone know how she should go about presenting her case? Her car is a tracker, one of the older ones, and everyone knows that they are unstable, but I don't know if she would have to have some kind of legitimate evidence to support that or if she should do soemthing else. Any advice would be appreciated.
